Since there were over 9,000 brokers and agencies offering properties for sale here and it is therefore impossible for one agency to have all the properties for sale on the island, we have made it our mission to analyze and perfect this entire offer in order to monitor all properties for sale with the aid of software with Ki (Ai) support and thus to present you with the perfect property according to your specifications and wishes.

Since October 2024, only agencies that meet the following legal requirements are allowed to offer properties:

1: Shop (business) where there is public traffic…

2: There must be a sign on the door stating who the owner of the agency is, with contact details and registration number:

3: There may no longer be any autonomous or temporary workers (undeclared work!), only permanent employees.

4: Cold calling is no longer permitted, this means that agencies are no longer allowed to contact sellers, but the seller of a property must look for an agency that wants to sell their property.

5: Anyone who wants to sell real estate must register and provide everything with their registration number (regardless of whether it is the mailbox, advertising, flyers, etc.). There is a risk of high fines!
